PRIMARY & COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME

Help us to improve mental health services in your community

Sheffield is one of twelve areas in the country that’s trying new ways of supporting people with their mental health in the community.  We will be testing new ways of offering mental health services and support in 4 of Sheffield’s Primary Care Networks and would like to talk to people based in these communities to find out what is needed.

This is an incredibly exciting time for mental health support, care and treatment locally.  If you’re a patient, family member, carer, voluntary sector organisation, based in or working in any of these areas, we want your help to tell us how we can improve people’s mental health and wellbeing in your area.
