Taking action on neighbourhood development and governance
Following on from the Annual General Meeting in October, where we explored drivers for delivery at scale and potential models for collaborative working, we now all have a much clearer picture of Sheffield’s approach to scale and the importance of neighbourhoods as delivery units.
We have already sought your views on how PCS can enable your neighbourhoods to function effectively, under a single governance model provided by PCS. The next step in this process and as part of the current review of PCS’ Articles of Association, is an opportunity for you as a shareholding practice to have your say and hear from others about how neighbourhood governance under PCS would work. The main aim of this is to ensure that the ambition of your neighbourhood can be supported with better collaboration and integration of resources.
