Business plan signed off by unanimous vote
We are really pleased to announce that our shareholder practices have passed our 2022/23 Business Plan.
The Business Plan sets out your priorities for the work of PCS in the coming year. It has been developed through extensive engagement with our shareholding practices, Sheffield’s PCNs and the Clinical Commissioning Group.
Given the current pressures and changes in NHS structures now, more than ever, PCS has a vital role to play supporting practices and PCNs to deliver world-class primary care services. The business planning process is one of the ways we make sure we are doing the things that people want us to do. We will report back on progress so that you can see the impact we are having.
